NanoThE Lab attended the ASME InterPACK 2019 Conference (Anaheim, CA, U.S.A) and also visited the Electronics and Thermography Laboratory (ET-Lab) at Penn State Univ. Thank you Prof. Sukwon Choi for the invitation!
