Welcome to the Multi-Scale Heat Transfer (MHeat) Lab at SKKU!

We study heat transfer in advanced semiconductor devices, packaging,

and energy conversion devices/systems. 

​

We focus on fundamental thermal transport physics 

and interact extensively with semiconductor and energy companies.

Notice

We are hiring highly motivated undergraduate and graduate students

with the solid scientific background  in one of the following areas:

engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, etc.), physics, and materials science.
